CHALLENGE

A cutting-edge medical technology startup, supported by leading experts in the industry, sought assistance in effectively communicating the value of an innovative product that is critical to its adoption. The company aims to strategically position itself for either acquisition or to pursue an Initial Public Offering (IPO).

SOlution

We’ve done a full scale marketing plan sketched out in phases over a year and a half. It has included a product trailer, sales tool videos, round table discussions with experts in the field. Their plan includes branding, a website rebuild, SEO, CRM, marketing collateral/print materials, conference displays, and an industry disrupting video/audio podcast. All of which are strategically phased out for maximum impact ROI. We’re well on our way to reaching their goals and we’ll update this as soon as we can celebrate an acquisition or an IPO!

CHALLENGE

Umbrage, a pioneering digital product company, had initiated discussions regarding a phased acquisition by a leading organization, details of which remained confidential for several months during the negotiation process. The company was required to achieve a series of milestones to progress through each stage of the acquisition and they needed a video partner to step up and match their level of commitment to quality and creative culture. 

SOlution

Since their name was to remain the same throughout the transition we established it with a brand video that solidified who they are, their culture and staked their claim in the market. We did a longer video interviewing the key contributors to the company to get to know each of them as individuals and the talents they bring to the team. Also, we created a format for case study videos that they’re now able to take and create on their own. We look forward to the next phase of our partnership with Umbrage who we can now also say is a part of Bain & Company. Check out this link here for that announcement.

CHALLENGE

As an emerging med-tech organization, the company sought strategies to introduce the OARtrac product and its development team to the broader market.

SOlution

We worked closely with their executive team to develop a string of brand videos delving into the story behind OARtrac product and the minds behind it. We’re thrilled to say RadiaDyne was soon after acquired by AngioDynamics. Read more with this link here about that announcement.
