Dance along to the brand new Wrestlers video, featuring Twin Shadow and D’Angelo Lacy, encouraging all Houstonians to let loose and de-stresswhile maintaining their social distance around H-Townand advocating fundraising support for Houston Music Foundation.

Produced by Bear Hands Media, a Houston-based boutique film production studio, the video was created to inspire a socially distanced dance party across Texas.

The video was also designed to support the Houston Music Foundation‘s efforts to provide grants to our professional Houston Musicians affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Filmed near Buffalo Bayou Park (now officially closed along with all City of Houston parks) and around the Heights, the video featured gleefully fun, carefree, and sometimes downright silly dancing in front of temporarily shuttered H-Town landmarks and people’s front yards.

Raising Funds to Support Local Houston Musicians

Houston Music Foundation introduced a fund to raise to offer local professional musicians a one-time, $500 emergency relief grant to help after the loss of projected payments from canceled shows.

One-time and monthly donations, in any amount, are welcomed. All donation amounts are highly appreciated and valued. Gifts to this fund, collected in partnership with Artists for Artists, are 100% tax-deductible.

Artists for Artists is a nonprofit 501(c) 3 corporation.
